RETURN POLICY MERCHANDISE
We only offer an exchange or refund with a receipt, within 15 days of the purchase date, using the original payment method. After 15 days with receipt, you will be eligible for exchange only. Items exchanged must be of equal or greater value. Please note that our products/merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned without receipt, and must be returned in the original selling condition. We accept returns of products/merchandise except for the following exceptions:
• Custom products can only be exchanged for the same item with receipt.
• Returns of Beauty items acceptable only if the product is unopened.
• Undergarments are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
• Any damage items cannot be exchanged or returned.
• All Sale items are Final Sale.
